The Grant Dependency Cycle Is Unsustainable
Foundations fund organizations that keep coming back asking for more, because those organizations never learned to diversify their funding base. This creates a cycle of dependency that limits portfolio organizations and strains funder capacity.
Capacity-Building is the answer. But most programs focus on program delivery, not fundraising sustainability. Raise Ready Accelerator™ fills that gap.
For Nonprofits
You are doing meaningful work but spending more time writing grant applications than building donor relationships. Raise Ready Accelerator™ gives you the systems, story, and strategy to diversify your revenue and generate funding beyond a single source.
For Social Enterprises
You operate at the intersection of mission and market - part nonprofit, part startup. You have earned revenue but also rely on grants and philanthropic support. Raise Ready Accelerator™ helps you navigate both funding worlds and articulate your hybrid model compellingly to foundations, impact investors, and high-net-worth donors.
For Foundations
Your portfolio organizations return for the same funding year after year. Raise Ready Accelerator™ gives them the fundraising capacity to sustain their work and reduce dependency on any single funder, including you.
Built for Three Types of Organizations
Raise Ready Accelerator™ is designed for nonprofits and social enterprises that are strong on mission and ready to build the fundraising infrastructure to sustain and grow their impact.
The Mid-Sized Nonprofit
A nonprofit with a development director or small fundraising team that needs to level up their major donor strategy, diversify beyond grants, and build a more systematic approach to funder relationships. Strong on delivery, ready to strengthen the fundraising infrastructure behind it.
The Social Enterprise
Operating at the intersection of mission and market, with earned revenue alongside grants and philanthropic support. Navigating two funding worlds at once and needing to articulate a compelling case to foundations, impact investors, and high-net-worth donors who may not yet understand the model.
The Emerging Leader
A founder or Executive Director early in their fundraising journey, wearing every hat and learning as they go. Doing meaningful work with limited systems and relying on a handful of relationships or a single anchor grant. Ready to build the foundation that will sustain their mission long-term.
